Values
This variable is coded, and will contain one of the following values.

| 0 | Service Subject to Deductible |
| 1 | Service Not Subject to Deductible |
| D | Special Durable Medical Equipment |
| P | 100% - Durable Medical Equipment |
| S | Suppress Deductible, but calculate Coinsurance |
