Provider Number (OSCAR/CCN)

CLM_BLG_PRVDR_OSCAR_NUM

A number assigned to a billing provider by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) verifying that the provider is Medicare certified and for what types of services. Note: The OSCAR was renamed to CMS Certification Number (CCN) in 2007 by CMS.
